Need to I.D an old game

Does anyone remember a old japanese game where you ran along the perimiter and tried to uncover as much of the inside where some bug would kill you and you would uncover a picture of some half naked girl that would get more naked every level. I havn't seen it in about 10 years, someone must know what I'm talking about? It's been bothering me for years

yes, look at how perverted all of those final fantasy and metal gear games are... nothing but pure smut along with every game produced by konami, capcom, square, atlus, sony, nintendo, sega, etc etc etc etc
