Need help with male budgie name!!

Okai, I had a bird called CHIP that died
Here he is btw

Okai, i just bought a new bird and im calling it DUO (as in DUO3 and DUOX2)

He looks like this

Okai, im getting a new bird, male, and he looks like this (he looks kinda funny coz he is just born and his feathers isnt grown out yet)

ive thought about naming him NEO (as in NEO fix) or RAM (as in storage)
What u think, any other recommandations??

Well I've had a bunch of cats that I named weird names. My current cat's name is Sega but I have also had Intel, Coleco, Sony, Zelda etc. I think Matrix would be kind of cool or maybe Romeo. I also like Duo and Neo as you said. He's a cute little guy by the way. And sorry about your loss from before

I wanted a boy and a girl, and call them Matrix and Infinity,
but my g/f didnt like Matrix much..

Romeo is a good name.. Ill keep it in mind. Thanks.

Hawk Eyes is an awesome name, or maybe Extreme Killer, or why not Death Killer Captain.
What about Deathlord? Or Emo Sucks? Maybe Iceman.

I thought of more names: Harvey Birdman, Johnny Five, Sky Captain: World of Tomorrow, Sora, Cloud, Fei, Squall, Zach, Biggs, Dawn of the Dead, 28 Days Later, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Onimusha 3, or the best name of all: exzapel.

@EspeN: I think you should name your budgie Neo, I think it fits, or maybe some RPG character who is known for wearing similar colors as your budgie?s feathers? I don't play RPG's (except for games like Kingdom Hearts), so I wouldn't know of any potential suited names. I can't think of any hardware related names, but Neo sounds ok to me...
