is Necrolop a thief?

Necrolop has had my system for almost 5 months now, on October 7th it will be 5 months. he installed a modchip for me and when I got my system back it didn't work (it took almost 4 months for him to install the mod too)

when I told him the system wasn't working he told me to send it back to him for repairs, when I asked how long it would take to fix it he told me he would do it "light speed" for me. well it's been almost 5 months now and I'm pretty sure light is a little faster then that.

every time I contact him about it he either ignores my e-mails, PMs and AIM conversations or he responds saying that something came up and that he would ship it out "tomorrow" I've been told it would be shipped out tomorrow about 20 times now, if not more.

I payed a lot for my system, a lot more then I can afford to pay again. there is no way I can simply go out and buy another system. I'm extreemly poor and any money I make has to go to keeping me alive (rent, bills, food etc...)

has anyone else had any problems like this with him? any suggestions on what I should do to get my system back?

I hate having to make my problems public like this but right now I just don't know what to do (short of driving to his house personaly)

this whole thing is really getting me mad. Necro, where are you?

Hmm, as much as I argue with him anymore...Before, I did have him install a modchip in a ps2 for me (last Christmas) for my nephew. I did need it before Christmas, but it didn't make it in time, BUT it was the mails fault, and not his. He does take a while tho...he's been on this week, but I have yet to see him in the last couple of days (wish he'd reply back to my post

And YES, you should make it public when it was this bad...It's nice to keep giving people chances, but after a while...It just gets pathetic.

I just talked to him...He said:
