Mr.Powerbook ripping me off...

Well, i'm sick and tired of him...Anyways, we traded a lot of stuff a while back (GC games, one of those big graphing calcs, games, etc) and the trade went fine...
Then, we did another small trade, and I was suppose to get Luigi's Mansion from him then...It's been like 3-4 months!
I haven't been onto him that much since it's just a GC game that he owes me, but I know he isn't going to send it!
First, he told me it'd go out (4 months ago). Then, like a while later he says that OH I FORGOT..Will get it out this week. Then a while after that he tells me he doesn't have enough money to ship!
What kind of excuse is that???? I know he's young, but SHIT...He cannot find 2-3 dollars to cover the shipping?
So, I told him a couple weeks ago THE STUFF BETTER BE IN MY BOX IN 2 WEEKS.

I know he doesn't come on that much, or sell anything on here (so it isn't going to hurt him much), and I know damn well he probaly don't even have the game or something...BUT thought i'd post this

it's just a GC game..That's kind of why I let it go for 4 months now, and gave him plenty of time...Not really angry, but wanted the game if possible, and post this incase somebody else does business with him. BUT if he don't have enough $ to ship 1 game don't see how anyone could trade with him
