unless you want something too advanced..
madrake up and runing. looks like its gona take some getting use to. gotta question, i have 3 partitons now, windows, linux, and all my stuff (mp3z movies....). how can i acces my stuff with linux? its a ntfs partion.
lol, when i had linux/windows (linux was on a HDD) it was pretty cool after i got lilo configed
but after a while i never used linux (had no use for it) it got boring so eventually just deleted it
Got tired of linux so i uninstalled it. But i cant get that thing where it lets u choose which os to boot to go away. Its the screen that says do uwnna boot into linux, failsafe, floppy,windows. its annoying how do i get it out!
hehheheeh it is called lilo, you need to boot witht the XP disc, and choose i think it was "recovery" or something or other, from their you need to execute the command FIXMBR
with =Fix master boot record
this should make your problem go bye bye![]()
has anyone here used turbolinux? im thinkin of installing it on an old cheap pc
