The defendant is claiming sexual harassment by Larry. Can't believe this bs still flies. In the gay press the year I moved out of Texas (by coincidence), some guys outside a gay bar beat a gay guy to death with a baseball bat. The guy with the bat told the judge we were on the way home from baseball practice and decided to stop and get a beer, the gay guy tried to hook up with me, and that's why I hit him. The judge says it is natural reaction to be that disgusted. Guy with bat got community service for killing someone. Yea, all kind of terrible stuff goes on like that for any number of reasons not just against gays, but it still sucks. That is one reason I get p.o.'ed when I see someone using hateful slurs and decent people (who would never commit such behavior) silently pretend they don't hear it.
