Naa the best thing that anyone can do is to do what they used to do back in the day in Germany..

A long while ago if a man was accused of raping anyone (even animals) they would tie the man up and shove a pipe up the mans rectum..

After doing so a person would then take some barbed wire and feed it throu the tube..

Once that was complete the pipe would be yanked out of the mans rear and the barbed wire would then rest with in the flesh..

After 5mins being laughed at and being stoned (the head would be covered by a metal bucket of some sort to not kill the man)..

A person of the accused family would then yank on the barbed wire until it was out of the rear of the rapist..

In short it has always been a sick world we live in..
Its just a shame on how some parts of the country do little if nothing to stop such acts to happen in the first place..

I believe if this was done everyone would care a bit more about one another and not take life for granted as much..

Mind you the man above did not rape anyone I believe going through trial and going to jail is a real disappointment when so many other actions can/should be done..
