Is kazaa legal to download stuff onto my 40GB iPod? Can I convert my WMP files into MP3? thanks alot. I got my iPod as a bargain ($45) LOL. Look below!

It isn't legal, but why worry? It's not like you're murdering someone by downloading music..
You can convert WMP to MP3, I believe.
Look for a program called "Audio Converter", you'll most likely find it on download.com.

It is stealing - your a thief if you do it!!!

It is equivalent to walking into a record store and just taking CD's and walking out. (this is how the law sees it)

That said - I would be amazed to find any net connected computer anywhere that has not got at least 1 MP3 file on it from a dubious source...

you almost scared me shadowknyght about the stealing part like you said everyone has one mp3 on file. also i beleive depending on the program you are using whn you drag your wave files over to copy right click on the files and it should ask you to convert files to mp3's.

HAH that's so true, and with my friends it's kazaa, and ones with high speed connections, have hundreds, if not thousands....

well i am a straighgt forward guy i will see about the others in a little bit the mrs. think i am buying to much stuff the last week or so. wait untill she sees the broken ps2 i bought from ebay

and to answer the question also no its not legal but hey your shopping around for the best deal. and what can beat free but more free things

plus check out kazaa lite its alot better than regular kazaa.
