well i found out that wingate has a firewall built in so i turned that off and i am now closer to getting it to work. i think the issue now is configuring wingate to work with certain ports, and probibally no one can help here unless they have experience with wingate or this kind of a setup, or just know networking really well. thanks for all the replies so far. i know its definetly possible because people on fibercoax can get it to work, but their forum is kind of dead and not many people reply to it.. anyways, i'll post the solution up here if i ever figure it out, so some of you may be able to give it a try
