    I would assume not, as other consoles do not allow Import games to be played. But if you were to get a Flash Kit and play US GBA Rom files Im sure it would clear all of that up. But I cant say forsure as I dont have a GBA.

    I bought a japanese gba a while ago and it works fine with US games. The gba doesnt have any sort of region protection.

    I'm not sure if a Jap GBA is compatible with a U.S. Gamecube though.

    ive got a jap gba also and it works with all games.
    havent tried it on a gc tho..
