same idea only better found at reptilerooms.com forums
1. find network.http.pipelining double click it so it goes from "false" to "true"
2. find network.http.pipelining.maxrequests double click it and change it to 100
3. find network.http.proxy.pipelining double click it so it goes from "false" to "true"
4. find network.http.max-connections double click it and change it to 60
5. find network.http.max-connections-per-server double click it and change it to 32
6. find network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-proxy double click it and change it to 16
7. find network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server double click it and change it to 8
it makes a pretty noticible difference and i thought i might as well share it with you all
\this allows faster connections to more things.. ppl who used the first method should see a dif with this one
ok i have realized that for me this does not affect my dls or my bandwidth tester.... and on another note i am paying for 3.0mbps speed but my bandwidth tester shows up at 2.40 to 2.60 ... how do i get all that im paying for

wow, this actually works. Thanks for the headsup. Really good post.
Here's a random funny post just to make some of you laugh: http://rage3d.com/board/showthread.php?t=33797558
This may not be a good idea to use if your connection is already fast. Websites can take it as a DoS attack and your IP can be banned. If you are using it keep the connections low.
hmmmm, hasn't happened to me yet, been using it for a couple weeks still runnin' strong

No problem for me, I have dynamic ip address. They can ban me but all I have to do is reconnect and my dsl change ip.Originally Posted by idiiot
