i have a dentist appointment in 4 hours i really hate the dentist and there gonna fill two cavities i already made a resolution that im going to brush every freggin day forever so it never happens again

Brushing your teeth isn't enough. It really depends on what you eat and also if you smoke. And whatever else you put in your mouth (i.e. chewing tobacco, gum, etc.)
