    cause of my new avatar.

As the title says, i'm fairly useless so making the avatar was fairly strenuous. So i'm proud of my effort.

That's all i have to say about that,

well i did it on my other work computer at my other work.. but if i remember correctly it was a program called Hero something dled from download.com. It basically makes an mpeg into an ani gif. I used tmpeg to clip and encode just a portion of the original movie clip, then just used that Hero program to convert it. Simple. The trick is getting the bitrate right to get the size down but still keep quality.. so it's just trial and error... but yeah.. it's coO

    see how u go..
