I need help bad!

Heres my problem. Every time I click on the internet explorer icon or anything that opens with internet explorer I get this error and I can't use internet explorer. I can't even open a saved web page!
Heres the error:

lexplorer has caused an error in SHELL32.DLL.
lexplorer will now close.

If you continue to experience problems,
try restarting your computer.

I would really appreciate it if you could help.

did you reboot?

It sounds like it is fux0red to me :-/ go to www.microsoft.com and DL the latest IE, but before you do this go and save your favorites folder so you don't loosem.

I did reboot twice, I shutdown once, and even completely turned off my pc. But I guess downloading IE again is the only thing I can do unless someone can tell me different?

Well, part of his problem is that he cannot run IE.

Try to get an AOL CD and get the latest IE from it.

well I mean if you are completely dependant on IE that is your problem

TBH i did forget about that, but if IE isn't working how is he on now? he obviously has a workaround
