I just would like to say, that through all the drama that has been goin on recently, this place still rocks!

There really isnt anywhere on the net for ps2, where you can ask questions, and get honest (sometimes joking) answers. In the last few months I have learned tons about my beatiful PS2, and I mean isnt that what we are all here for? Our obsessive hobby? YOU KNOW IT, YOU CANT STOP! -LoL

Even tho, I had an xbox before my PS2, and got all those BAGiLLiON homebrew apps and games for it, I still run to my PS2 to play FUN games. And come to this site for newz, tips, cheats, etc..

So anyways, I guess what Im trying to say is, thanx you guys (in the back) that really hold it down for us endusers that never gripe and seriously appreciate your hard work.

I mean shit, you never really see people posting about how good it is here, just constant bickering.

Nyah, Balto's just really pissed right now--as are all of us, and rightly so. I know I'm still a newb compared to these guys, but I've been here long enough to get to know some of you guys a bit. I know you're all on the level, and have the best of intentions at heart. I know Charlie, Gazza, Snipa, Guichi, XiaNax--hell I can't remember all your names right now--have all had some shit go down among you guys, but hey, there's been alot of shit flying everywhere for years. Just no one ever saw it in these forums--isn't that why we all migrated here in the first place? Duh-Huh! These feuds go back years in some cases, and are purely personal matters. I really wish you guys could keep it that way--personal, and not so public.

Charlie, Balto, Guichi--I am forever grateful for you guys bringing me over here from one of those other lam-o sites. I will never forget all the help I got form you guys (and others) back in the day. I've come to rely on your frank, blunt, honest opinions. I even loved the way you picked on my no-swap mod choice over a soldered chip (Hey, I don't deny it--I'm a cheap-ass...hehe). We always took the jabs and jeers in stride because we knew it was all in fun and we were going to do what WE wanted to do.

I don't want you to ever stop with your direct attitudes or to ever be censored, shunned, banned, etc-- but please everyone stop taking these lame pot shots at each other. It doesn't have anything to do with what this site is about, so please...let's keep it off the site. We all have are PM's and e-mails--hell some of us even have phone numbers available. Let's please try to keep it there, and not here. It creates a greater disservice then you may realize. Trust me....I've been there and seen it happen elsewhere....and you know what I mean--that's all I'll say about that.

Please let's try to put this aside from the real issues at hand and get back to helping everybody out here. I'm still green about alot of this stuff, and I'm trying to help as much as I can....but we really could use the help of some of the veterans who have stopped contributing to the threads except to bitch each other out about stuff that only they care to talk about. We don't need to hear about who snooped who's account or who shit in who's Corn Flakes 6 months ago. We need to hear about modchips, patches, workarounds, new homebrew developements, new hardware and software releases--the important stuff on "The Scene". Please. Let's not loose site of why we all abandoned those other shithole sites to come here.
