12-14-2004,04:07 PMits different with all isps. some people get away with it for a few monthes at a time, some people get busted within an hour or two. use a config file that is on their tftp server, and make sure it isnt much bigger than yours. btw, what is your isp?

12-14-2004,04:35 PMall broadband modems are restricted (via software) to there speed. to "uncap" a modem simple means to undo these retrictions and get a faster speed. This can be done by flashing your modems bios.
