I found an XBOX game worth playing.

I've had an xbox for some time now and havn't found any games worth playing, until now.

I fessed up and spent the $200 to get Steel Battalion under the guise that if I didn't like it I'd sell it for a 10 to 20 dollar loss on ebay and in a sense renting the game for a month. well it turns out that the game is awsome. and now theres an online version available.

has anyone else played Steel Battalion? it seems to be one of those love it or hate it type of games (I swayed toward the love it side).

Where do you keep the controller when playing. Isn't it so heavy that it's uncomfortable?

at the moment I hold the thing in my lap which isn't too comfortable. it's not heavy just akward that way. most people I've spoken with about it say they either use a small table or a keyboard stand (the musical type of keyboard).

my goal (which I plan to start as soon as I get more money) it to build an inclosed ****pit kind of like that game battletech that amusment places charge $15 for 10 minutes of play.

my ultimate goal in this is to build 10 of them (the online version of the game supports 10 player system link play)

untill that happens though I'll set in on a table or small computer desk. I have a small computer desk on wheels at home that isn't being used for anything. I just need to get it to my store so I can use it (kind of hard to do with a broken down car)

You think the controller is big, where do you put the Xbox. The thing is bigger than the old school VCR.

I have a modded XBox and it rocks!

THe PS2 and XBox have their own advantages and dissavantages.

The XBox S-Controllers are not heavy at all and are more comfortable than the bigger one, since im so used to the PS2 controller.

yea the original xbox controller was terrible, heavy and large. the s is really nice tho.

yeah, i like the new controllers, I hated when they were huge and bulky like before

We can thank the japs for not having hands big enough to hold the old controller.
