Arrrr, you be looking for like a Projector type unit? Try searchin for products like a Proxima projector.
If you mean the types that r used in presentations , ( & which can be conected to your PC/Laptop) , there are many brands out there, including Epson.
they're expensive little things though
i wouldn't suggest buying cheapest possible so do some research and find the cheapest possible without getting a really bad one
yeah, the cheaper models have some irritating problem with overheating... the entire projection gets highly distorted due to frequent over-heating
Arrrrrrr, very true there fellas, those little projectors were only meant to be used an hour or two at a time. The cheap ones just can't handle hours of game play/video watching without "frying".
it should last long enough to watch a dvd movie though right?
sure but make sure you get a decent projector... not a generic no name brand that costs like 600 bucks. the picture'll suck AND it'll overheat
theres 600 bucks gone down the drain for nothing
but yes i think all projectors'll last long enough for a dvd movie
anyone ever tried water or refrigeration cooling for a projector? lol
Arrrrrrrrrr, not on a "live" projector but I have tossed a hot lightbulp inta a bucket of cold water. Har har har!!!! It went boom. Me mom twas a bit miffed at me too, so she was. Har har har
DLP projectors cost a couple thousand dollars and are generally pretty good for this application.
there are DIY methods that are much cheaper but not as good quality. this is what i did, and for under $200, it works for me.
