Hi res tv tuner?

i got a tv tuner that has a resolution of 320x240. it s not that bad if u record someting and watch it in double size but i want something i could use to edit movies and capture shows and burn them to vcd without having them look blurry. so whats a tv tuner that has up to 720x480 resolution?
