help with video cards

I want to buy a new vide card can any one tell me if this is a good one? looks ok for 104 bucks thanks for any info

it's a good card but it certainly won't play the latest games out very well (like doom 3 and whatnot) it isn't the best, but for $104, I would buy it if my computer supported 8x agp hehe.
