Help Save Birds of Prey

Ahoy! Some of you may or may not know that the show Birds of Prey was cancelled only after a short 11 episode run (13 were filmed though). IMHO this show was excellent and deserved a much bigger push than what they gave it. The WB network yanked it before even running it's full 13 episode contract.

If'n ya don't know what Birds of Prey was, it was a show about The Huntress, Helena Kyles, who is the daughter of Batman and Catwoman. She teams up with Barbara Gordon (Batgirl/Oracle) and a young lady named Dihna (who's kinda like a Jean Grey), and they fight crime in New Gotham City. The show was great! If you were/are a fan of Buffy or Charmed then ya'd of loved Birds of Prey too!

In an effort to try and bring the show back to the air there is a website devoted to aiding Birds of Prey back to flight again. Even if another company (Like UPN) picks it up and does to it what it did to Buffy (Buffy was losing ratings FAST so WB sold it to UPN and UPN turned it around to a #1 show).

Arrrrr, it's cuz the big media channels don't give the GOOD shows they pushes and the time slots they need. What chance do ya think a NEW show has going up against older, already #1 shows such as "The Bachelor" and "Survivor"???? That's just plain idiotic plannin' if'n ya ask me. Put it on AFTER a #1 show so's people see the commercials for it during the #1 show, and stay tuned...seems the smart thing ta do doesn't it???

I means, that'd be like putting some NEW comedy on NBC at 8:00 on a Sunday...let's see FOX has The Simpsons on and WB has Charmed...I'm sure the NEW show would get a TON of ratings! Arrrrrrrrr freaking moron Network Executives make me wanna puke!
