    First you will need an image using only the extensions ".jpg or .gif" with a maximum limit of Width-80 x Height-80 or 20000 bytes!

    After that log-in here and go to "User CP", then click "Edit Options" go to the bottom and find the word "Avatar" click next to it. Now you should be in the page that is says "Edit Avatar", find "Custom Avatars" next to it should be the word "yes" select it, next to "You can upload an avatar from your computer:" click "Browse" to find the little image "avatar" in the computer, and finally click "Summit Modifications". That should be my friend. (A,B,C steps!)
