Have you started your Christmas list yet?

So far all I have on my list is video games. I already know I?ll get some clothes ~ that happens every year regardless of whether-or-not I ask for any. Other than that, video games are the only thing I want that isn?t WAY too expensive to be reasonable. So here are the games on my list:

1. R. Racing Evolution (http://www.racing-evolution.com/) ~ I always loved racing games and this one is supposed to be one of the most realistic racers yet.
2. Half-Life 2 (http://www.sierra.com/product.do?gamePlatformId=470) ~ I also love shooting games and the first Half-Life is a legend now.
3. Mario Kart Double Dash (http://www.nintendo.com/games/gamepa...d=652&showMe=1) ~ anyone who played the first Mario Kart will understand why this is on my list.
4. True Crime (http://www.activision.com/microsite/truecrime/) ~ somewhere between Max Payne and GTA Vice City, only takes place in L.A.
5. Star Wars Rogue Squadron (http://www.lucasarts.com/products/re...ndexFlash.html) ~ finally, a Star Wars game based on the original three movies.

Well, I get nothing but backups..So, i'm pretty much set. I actually don't want really anything for Christmas...I know of course i'll get clothes. I have a good chunk of money coming to me on January 30th (my 18th birthday-like 10 grand) so I don't really need much money either. I'm sure i'll think of a couple of small items they can buy me so I can just save my money LOL (i'm a tight bastard when it comes to spending my money ).
Maybe get a GC or something for the hell of it, and a few games that I wanna play (save me the trouble of buying it).

LOL, it's not because of them...I hurt myself on another property, and they were liable..Bad part is they were a CHURCH LOL! They had like this old wood pile right in the middle of the church, and me and my freind was playing a few years ago, and I ended up running a 2x4 into my damn leg (broke off at the end like a stake)! The preacher and his wife are like LOW LIFES who damn sure don't need to be preaching anyways (they used fund money intended for "Church Purposes" to add another room on there house, and buy them a coupel of fourwheelers). So, I don't feel bad that there insurance company had to pay me 10 grand...PLUS, easiest money I ever made although it caused a lot of pain

my religion doesn't celebrate christmas but i'm getting something, as a combination present for my graduating high school last spring, Eid which is november 25th or something like that, and my birthday which is november 17.

i've convinced my parents to buy me a 20gb ipod. i still can't justify my wanting a 40 gig, so i'll settle with trying to control the growth in my music collection.

LOL, hell yea . I went through a lot of problems with my leg because of it..First, I went to the hospital, and they glued (durabonded) the bigass gap in my calf muscle...Then, it got infected, and they had to cut it open to get a HUGE chunk of wood out of it. They let it open..Got infected again, and they had to dig EVEN DEEPER than the original hole to get out little peices of wood...So, by the time it was all said and done I had a hole like twice as big as what it should have been. I was on crutches a couple of months while my calf was healing.
Ah well though...I been through shit 100x worse than that, and got nothing besides actually GETTING BETTER!
Don't beleive they could have payed me enough to compensate for some of problems i've had(paying my outrageous hospital bills would have been enough LOL).
So, once problems like that are over and done with..At least you have some $ to show for it...I doubt I going to touch much of it even when I can..As I said i'm a tight bastard, and probaly just stick it in another account to draw more interest

R. Racing Evolution looks great, I saw it on G4 Tv in an E3 presentation. It looked great. Its alot like the Initial D games, which I love, but, its all in japanese, which I can not read. So this looks like it will be real fun.

HL2 and GT4 will be the only games I will buy, because of their online play. Which will be most of the fun for thoes games I think.

I got a Nomad Zen recently and the sound is much better then an I Pod, if you dont mind the Zen being as trendy, or bing a little larger, get the Zen.

it WAS a consideration, but the size difference is hugely noticable (it's gonna be in my pocket). to top that, i'm on subway and walking and in noisy halls so quality won't be a huuuge issue. price is way out there though for the apple. that's my one and only peeve about getting it. oh and from what i hear, the ipod, though it looks more dainty can take a more considerable beating. not that i will do something to it, but just in case
