Apparently is not! But no good person wants to remember "negative" images, if something really bad happen, you just learn from the lesson and make it better in the future.

Is memorial day, and stuff like that REALLY huge with people these days? Half of the people don't even really know what it is, but I guess half the people these days don't know jack shit what's going on (guess there living under rocks ).
It's kind of like how we Celebrate Thanksgiving ...Were pretty much celebrating the day that the Pilgrims came over, lied to all the indians, and the STOLE the damn land! NOT only steal it, but KILL the indians off to make damn sure they stole it!!!
Some of these Holidays, and stuff are really Bullshit, but people don't care to look at the meaning behind them...

I love Thanksgiving...WHY? Cuz I love eating! I don't love the fact that were celebrating a day that Pilgrims came over, and started stealing land, but I love the fact that THAT day we get to eat like crazy!

BTW: To mention Thanksgiving...It's amazing that school gets off for Martin Luther King day (a man who freed the slaves-That's great), but we don't get off Columbus day (Man who SUPPOSEDLY discovered America ) That's crazy...

Sorry to get off the Subject, but I just had to say that...Theres lots of stupid things people do. I don't really mind Memorial day or anything, I just think theres a lot of stupid holidays (BTW: Before Anybody takes it the wrong way-I think Martin Luther King day is good, but don't understand why Columbus wouldn't be just as important?)

And NO, Memorial Day shouldn't be a happy time-At least not this part year+. Look at all the shit that has been going on (memorial=Memory) To Remind you of people that lost there lives, and everything else..How happy is it suppose to be?! But I see Bands and shit marching...I mean WTF?

Personally, the day that i'd ever die, and there going to remember me by some dumb kids in a bullshit band beating on there drums, and making louds noises...I'll come out of my grave and beat the shit out of those kids !

lol! that was thomas jefferson i believe.

(i may be wrong)

but i know damn well it wasnt martin king, although he worked hard and accomplished manythings for the african american race, and accomplished equality...if only he couldve lived to see it
