I wanted to ask a question about PS2 HDLoader & Open PS2 Loader come to find out the HDD discussion forum (which includes HDL) isn't accepting any new threads. I just want to make sure I place my question in the correct forum, could you guys point me to the appropriate forum thanks in advance.

I would start in the PS2 General Discussion forum.

If that's not right, you would get better advice than in the Off Topic section.
