    Hey guys,
Just thought I'd ask here as well to get extra feedback but I wanted to know of a good gaming GPU for under $150 I have a E5300 CPU on a ASRock G41M-VS3 Motherboard. I don't mind if its Nvidia or ati,
    Thanks

    thats mine

    i've paid ~300€ for it in 2008
well it's still very fast and cheap
i dont know if you feel a difference between an i7 and a Phenom x4 but my pc never lags (gaming and other stuff)

EDIT: i dont know if it's compatible to your motherboard (i'm still a noob at motherboard-related stuff), it's only my recommendation

I wish I could help more on this.

The last good graphics card I bought was quite a few years ago (we're talking about when 256ng was HUGE in graphics cards).
From the time that my wife bought me a Xbox until now (with multiple gaming systems) I have pretty much stopped playing pc games.

I have been thinking about getting back into "real" racing simulators and flight simulators for the pc (versus game simulators) for a few months and the specs for the one cloud41269 posted look quite promising.

I like Nvidea better than ATI (and I have had quite a few ATI cards in the past) because of the "ease of use".
Updating the software on ATI stuff has been a real PIA in the past (may be better now). One update ended with me formatting the drive and starting over. It was that bad!
Don't get me wrong, I still like their products and they have some pretty nice OC'ing abilities, it's just that the Nvidea line seems easier to work with in the long run.
I would much rather go to my grave not needing my gun, than go there wishing I had it.
