Good camera phone for reasonable price????

Hi peepz!

I'm looking for a great camera phone...

The last time I've used a phone to take pictures is more ten 2 years ago and the pics were crappy

Now I'd like to have a phone to take pictures that are as good as a mediocre digital camera.

I'd like to spend about 250 dollar/200 euro's... It can be more and it definitely can be less

I'm not sure if it will have what you're looking for but they tend to have loads of info for specs, comparisons, prices, release dates, etc.

Atm I'm considering a Sony Ericson Vivaz U5i...
I'd just like to see some pictures taken with it in bars or at night

Sony Ericsson Satio is also good its about 12.1 MP with xenon flash i had this one

Was it good for pictures in areas with not much light???
I'd like to use my phone to take pictures when I go out. So they need to be reasonably good in pubs
