if it is overheat what can i do??
is it due to the soft piece of material under the heat sink is not place properly??
this might be possible cos when modding is done i have to move the heat sink
    thanks

Hell if I know. I don't know jack about GC, but a system shutting off is usually a result of overheating. Sorry I can't be of more help.

are the impressions on the heat sink lined up to the ic's ? if not you get air trapped like a bubble under the heat pads the air heats up and heat is not lost sufficently enough and the ic's will over heat.

Check the fan is connected. If all else fails by a secondary fan like the ones HERE
