About LinkBacksIts done the laser in the v4 i had is whacked so a board and psu on its wayyour v4 laser should be fine mate just swap the entire caddy into the board.

05-02-2004,07:13 PMHey EnTiTy i have a broke PS2. The laser thingy that is a thin wide wire like broke in half. Longstory short the whole laser thing is missing but every thing else works and i dont want it. Maybe you would be interested in buying it or trading it for a mod chip or something?

why the hell should i pay out anything for a service i offered for FREE ive had other priorities and hardly touch an iron now the machine i fixed for FREE was sent back working prolly damaged in transit and no fault of my own i lost out on a dms3 i had to replace who is going to end up better off ?
