Embed EXE into Image

i wanna put an exe file into an image so whenever you open that image up the exe file loads.

you cant actually embed it into a image, you could do it so when u open the image the exe starts but the file extension wouldnt be .jpg .bmp .tif .gif etc so it wud be obvious that it isnt just a image
