I find it hard to see where this even matters.. Does Dell have some kind of moral turpitude clause in his contract?? I mean really, who cares? The guy smokes weed.. whoop-de-doo!

I use to work for them. Believe me, image matters a lot. Michael Dell is the squeeky clean geek that made it big and many a Texan frown on the ol' loco weed. (Reminds them too much of all us old hippies that used to give LBJ shit over the Vietnam war...)

Would have been a moot point if they would have caught him shit-faced on Lone Star or Shinner's Bock...
