have you ever put something away somewhere so that it wouldn't get lost, and then forget where you put it?

I was at a friends house, and I showed a liking to his watch. Then the next morning he couldnt find his watch. For the next 6 months he harrased me and demanded his watch back. Then he was cleaning his room, he moved his drumset and realized that he had hidden the watch under the bass drum to hide it from me but had forgoten.

when i was about 13 years old I hid some money (somewhere around $50) in the casset deck of my stereo. the next day forgot where i put it and I thought someone had taken it. I got so mad that I started smashing all kinds of crap in my room. then i punched my casset deck and out poped my money.

I felt like such an idiot.

Ever rent a video game/dvd and return it only to find out a few days later that you forgot to put the disc back in the holder when you returned it? I did that once, right before I moved...didn't realize the DVD was in the player 'till about a month later! Man that was a harsh late fee!

I've never done that, but once I rented a game (Tombraider, when it was new) and when it came time to return it I left it on top of my car, I didn't realize it untill i got back to Block Buster, a 30 minute trip at the time, I found it at the end of my street on my way home in about 50 pieces. Block Buster tried to get me to pay $80 for the game

I never paid them for it though and it never went on my credit report or anything, Just lucky I guess

Blockbuster are a bunch of thieving pirates....hey..er..um...scoundrels that is! LOL They change their due dates so much you don't know what's due and when. I rented 2 movies and a game from them the other week and EACH ONE had a DIFFERENT due date and time!!! Of course the trained monkey behind the counter screwed it up and told me the wrong days and time for 1 movie so of course I get slapped with a late fee!!!

i'll look in my wallet and find some money missing... so i run into my brothers room and start beating him down for it...

only to have my mom come upstairs and say "rick, i borrowed 60 bucks, i'll have it for you tomorrow..."
