I hope you got a good amount for it
Yeh some scene's to get old i sold my xbox 3 weeks ago all the mods get old and the emus. I desided the system is not worth it and cashed out and desided to stay with the system with the best games need i say it PS2. I know the ps2 scene is slower then the xbox scene. Harder to mod and make apps for and alot of people feel that the ps2 in its 4th year with its 5th year no more then 3 months away has made very little progress. I my self feel a bit deffernt. If you want a PC buy a PC if you want a console buy a console but i do think a man should get all he can out of a console. When the next set of consoles come out im going to read and get the one that offers more.
The thing is the Next lot of consoles will be even harder to mod, think of it it the average PS2 non swap chip is 23 wires Imagin what the PS3 is gonna be like. 35 to 40 wires? who knows
Neo 4 was a lot more than 35-40 wires...
You picked a bad time to sell your ps2 though...With a lot of great games coming out before Christmas
I just bought my new PC though, and with HL2 and Doom 3 around the corner...
Yea, most games come to PC sooner or later...
Heres some of the games that are coming out (most of them before Christmas, but a few won't be out for a good while):
Kill.Switch
Baldurs Gate 2
Champions of Norrath: Realms of Everquest
Driver 3
Fantastic four
FFX-2
Four Horsemen of Apocalypse
GTA 4 (dunno when)
jak 2
Kingdom Hearts 2
Lord of the Rings: Return of the King
ManHunt
Metal Gear Solid 3 (2004)
Resident Evil Outbreak (2004)
RoadKill
Sonic Heroes
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
True Crime
WWE Smackdown 5
X-Men legends
Granted..A lot of those games are multi platforms (PS2, XBox, GC), but some of them going to take awful long to get to pc...
