Arrrrrrrrr....ALL motherboards? NOPE. Only the newer PIII and up come stanadard with AGP anymore. You can still find PII and lower boards that did NOT come with AGP already installed. I have an old P233 mmx board that does not have AGP. So ye gots to look at what yer actually getting...never assume anything matey.

It should be noted that not all newer motherboards have AGP slots either. Budget motherboards usually have integrated video, with no real option of upgrading the video card (unless you get a PCI card).

also pcs like dell and gateway have intergrated video and no agp most of the time.
