Death to Tookie!~
Stanley Williams, is finally set to be executed. Do not be fooled by the media. This man on February 11th 1979 walked into a 7-11 in Wittier, took the clerk to the back, had him get on his knees, then shot him twice in the back with a shot gun. Witnesses said he laughed while eating a microwavable Burrito as the man made gurgling noises as he lay deing on the ground.
A month later he walked into a hotel, and executed 3 Taiwanese immagrants, husband wife and daughter, and left with $50 cash.
This man is guilty of these crimes, what he has done since is irrelivant. All of his appeals are based on him being reformed, not that he didnt do the crime. European trash loves to try to stick one in the side of the United States, but save your energy for someone who is deserving.
Want to talk about racism? California has executed only 8 people since the reinstatement of capital punishment in 1977, so whenever we execute someone it is a big to do. Next month we have another execution, a white man who murdered 3 people in 1981. Why is it that we dont hear any thing about him? He is no more guilty than Tookie, no one argues either of their guilt, oinly cause Tookie is black does anyone give a shit. Death to them both, the world will be better without them sucking our precious air.
Death penalties should be fulfilled immediately - no chance for 2nd trial. Sure, a few possibly innocent people would be executed due to the swift nature of executions, but oh well. I seriously would risk the VERY remote chance of myself or a family member or friend being wrongly executed if it meant that thousands of guilty pigs would be dealt death immediately so that we didn't even need to think about them again (let alone think about commuting their sentences after they've "seen the light")
I know there are tons of reasons why this should not be the case, but when I'm in charge that's how the game's gonna be played ;) I'd also call for manditory death sentences for rapists, child molestors, and Elvis impersonators.
they should just let him do life in prison rather give him a death after being in prison for over 20+ years and him being a founder of the crips makes it even worse as i don't think he recieved a fair trial at the begining from what i saw on the B.E.T. documentry
Yea the BET documentary is the one to go by LOL. The man did it, this is the fact of the matter. His trail was fair, and his appeals do not even claim he is innocent, his appeals only claim he is a reformmed man, which true or not is irrelivant to the fact whether he did the crime.
I wouldnt go so far as to say no 2nd trails, but 26 years is way too long. This is how a death penalty system would work in my world. Have a first trial, jury recomends death. Then appeal that as is done now. If appeal fails, another trial happens, this 2nd trial cannot over ride the guilty verdict of the first, but can, if decided, use the remaining doubt in sentencing. They then either receocoment death, or give it back to life without parole. If life without parole , then it would be made as if he only had one trail, and he would get the appeals availible to him a normal lifer would get. If re sentenced to death, then it would be final, he would be taken out and shot.
The system today is made very slow. I beleive in making sure 100% we kill the right guy, but I think its possible to do that in less than 26 years. California has sentenced over 650 people to death , and weve executed 8, thats not justice.
I dont see the death penalty as a punishment, although it is. I see it as taking out the garbage. Why should i pay to give free room and board to a murderer? I do not beleive in Life in Prison. Prisoners should be seperated into two groups, one group that is beyond rehibilitation, you take them out side and shoot them. The other group you work as hard to make them into good people, you give them skills, you give them an education, and teach them resposibility, so they can be productive members of society. It would save money, it would save lives, and it would give people who deserve it, a second chance. For every person we waste resources keeping for life behind bars, we could have given a college education to 100. Think about that.
Plus he was the co-founder of the Crips.
Read that, the evidence is OVERWHELMING.
I am more sure this man did these murders than I am sure the earth is round.
We've killed 11.
And hes the model image for the death penalty. Gangster thug with no remorse for his crimes. Kill the ****ing monkey
well I just woke up, So I'm guessing that f00 is dead now! I wonder how the riots went.
Im glad to see Arnold Schwarzenegger stood firm and didnt let people like Jamie Fox persuad his decision.
I guess they dont call him the terminator for nothing !
The guy being executed next month. Is 75 years old, he's blind, and can't walk, but hes white, so I doubt well see Jaime Fox, Jesse Jackson, and a bunch of San Francisco hippies protesting that one.
Oh, and by there way, here is what he did at the hotel.
