Create a PKA file after update, possible?

Hi

Need a PKA file for COD4 after update. How do I create a PKA file after the update.. Is it even possible to do that?

Yes it is possible. What I did was update after already having it cracked then repatched the eboot.bin and reinstalled package because it dissapeared from XMB
