So within the directory of the MK9 demo
USRDIR > MK9 > CONFIG is a file labeled COALESCED.INI (Don't ask how I know, I just do)....and here's a bit of interesting info.

There's a list of censored words....not sure why it's interesting, just the fact that it's in there makes me wonder why it's there. (list is rather long so there's the file itself to checkout in notepad)

hmmm, i guess its for the online chatting, they will put *'s when you say it..like here...i guess :P

Online chatting in a demo? Who texts in an online battle? Send messages? Yes. Talk on a mic? Sure. Never seen a PS3 game that allows for in game texts.

Dunno why they put it in a demo. but yea In game chatting is there. I played MK vs DC, in the lobby there is text chatting.

While that may be the "technical" definition of it...........you might want to take a look at the "Urban dictionary".
