Doubt it, if an injunction seems likely then Sony will settle. They should be more worried about the investigation in Norway which will pose more problems for Sony throughout Europe.
LG Electronics in Seoul of South Korea are making claims against Sony — Sony is apparently infringing on two of LG’s patents with respect to how the PS3 renders Blu-ray data. LG is demanding an “immediate investigation” by the International Trade Commission and wants them to halt sales of the PS3 in the United States.
Now I guess they will remove the Blu-Ray Feature from the PS3? Oh wait you need this to play games. Maybe Sony can now say this is now just a netflex PS3 only after they remove the Blu-Ray.
FU sony what goes around comes around it's ok for you to steal from others but now you got caught. Time to pay the Piper Sony and LG has a lot of money to play with you in court.

But isnt Sony the head of the Blu-ray disc association? Either way, nothing will come of this.
What would be funny is if all the major electronics corporations ganged up on Sony and threw hundreds (or thousands) of frivolous lawsuits at them. Until they went bankrupt.

A lawsuit between LG and Sony dont seem to have anything to do with the PS3 getting banned or any outcome of such a lawsuit.....thread moved.
