I am liking the ideas Greg0u812. I used to be quite the saucier back in the days too, perhaps I need to get back into it.

And as for the two slices of paprika aged cheese robgee789, never heard of that, but it just sounds good, sounds really really good.

I'm pretty sick today, so making something so delicious wouldn't make much sense if I couldn't even enjoy it fully. But you guys have given me some great ideas for when I get better. Hell, maybe I should go get some of this ghost pepper now, it might help clear these damned sinus problems.

It will definitely clear your sinuses!

When I snack on chips and ghost pepper salsa I actually will follow up every few chips with one dipped in a habanero salsa just to cool down the heat some.

I do AC work for a company that makes about 40 different salsas. They like to tip me with a case of mixed salsas any time I do big sized jobs for them (3 to 4 times per year).
I stay well stocked with some really wild salsas.
