hey guys I'm wondering how hard this is to accomplish, I have 2 phones on the family time basic plan, but my contract recently expired, and they are now offering 500 minutes over my 400, now I know I could update the plan but then I would be stuck with these same phones for the next year!
someone told me you could cancel and re-sign up like all at once over the phone and they'll send you the phones, but I just called and the lady said their is a 90 day period where if you cancel, and re-sub before 90 days you're not a new customer and therefore don't get the benefits...
so basically what I'm lookin for is the new phones and the new plan...anyone know how to accomplish this?
btw does threatning to move to a different carrier do anything?
