    I'd say 75 ohm coax as the sticker on the device it's hanging outta sez NTSC, so I'll assume it's some sort of TV tuner card...

    I dont see a femail coaxial connector anywhere though? That looks abit small to be a male conected there. Peculiar.

    I had a tuner card like this in the past..
    Normally, there is a coax 'adapter' in the box that plug in this connector to let you connect your tv cable to this card!
