the best software for backing up ps/ps2 games
the best software for backing up ps/ps2 games –
what is the best software for backing up ps/ps2 cd games? is it cdrwin? what about dvd? how about primodvd? please help!!! i might have burned my games with average quality software. i want the best software for my games. feel free to recommend anything. thx a lot
Use the search option you will find many answers...
Nero is the best for copying games 1:1, and BlindWrite/Cdrwin are the best for ISO'S.
i just want to make 100% workable 1:1 games. i don't want to edit the iso's or apply patches.
anything can really be used....
In my opinion nero is what you need then. I personally use it for copying all my games, and only ran into a couple of problems thus far.
i heard cdrwin is most "compatible" for ps/ps2 cd games. and nero works with most, but not all games. i think they say it on the FAQ at modchip.ca. anywayz, what about dvd games? please feel free to suggest anything! what do you think about alcohol 120% and clonecd? are they any good compared to nero, blindwrite and cdrwin?
i aslo heard some ppl use recordmax for ps2 dvd's. in your opinion, which is better, recordmax or primodvd. i currently am using the pioneer a05 dvd drive on my friends machine (since i can't afford it for myself!). i'm using ritek dvd-r. please recommend dvd-r brand for me.
p.s. can i use dvd+r for my games and do they work and are they any better than dvd-r for ps2 dvd backups? thx a lot
alcohol 120% is easier for CD-R backups, just click Playstation 2 and burn. DVD+R wont work on all Playstation 2s
