ok, ok ...

i've been here for a bit. longer than my stats will prove.

most of the times i'm a little bit corked when i post, but the sentiment still remains:
This is an awesome website.

i'm not a fan-boy. i do things for myself. i like to research subjects and make my own informed decisions.

i can honestly say that this website has provided me with a wealth of knowledge that has proved invaluable with regards to the PS2.

i will also admit that i have (at times) butted heads with some (one) of the higher-ups here. but, with the openness one this forum, we've always been able to come to a "meeting of the minds", as opposed to some other forums.

i know that dealing with sensitive information has become a soft-spot for a lot of groups, but this one always seems to come through.

so, that being said, i would like to applaud everyone that contributes here for a job well done (mods, et.al), Good work, everyone!

Let's hope that the next console go-around proves to be as promising as the PS2/PSTWO did.

let's be honest here ... a lot of us never would have made it as far as we did without this site.

and to the maintainers of this site: *wink* let's just say that i'm setting the bar for the next go-around here. you have given us an incredible resource of information. let's hope that this continues as the next gen console war ensues.
