I have been collecting these over the years - they are a collection of demos done in under 64kb and yet they are awesome!!

Also included a full level of a FPS in 98KB.

They include awesome lighting effects and sound / music... but you will enjoy more with a decent sound card, speakers and GFX card.
There are more where these came from but this is a selection of the best.

That's pretty awesome. I'm amazed that it took 98KB. It was really damn good for that size.

    That was good.
I wonder what DirectX version it was coded in? I had graphics glitches.
    Very cool.

Not sure it is related - I have had the first few of these demos for years with no probs running them...

In other words over several generations of DirectX, and from a GeForce 2 MMX, a GeForce 4 Ti4400 and now my FX 5900 Ultra...

I think these games / demos use their own engine that might be independent of direct X etc...

That said though my bro running a GeForce 3 Ti card (top of the range in its' day) got red screen over the graphics in the game one...

Yeah, still looked awesome. Damn good for only a 98k game... Geez, Doom3 is what, 1.2 GIG compressed?

And even if they did use alot of DX tricks, to be able to leverage DX like that is pretty talented IMO.
