Anyone with a PAYPAL Account, Please help

I need to buy PSDowngrade desperately but for that i need to have a Paypal Account or need to transfer money via Western Union

But the problem is even though i have a PP Acount, but i cannot make payments as i dont have a Credit Card

And no western union agent here in india sends money, they only receive.

So if anyone with a Paypal account can please help me to buy this, i can make a direct bank transfer to that person's bank account.

Please please please someone help me out.

you can add your bank account with paypal so no need of a credit card

Even if you decide to be a pirate or not you might want to consider these facts
most of the games on ps3 are above 4gb which on a 1.2mpbs speed of internet will have a download rate of 90-1**kbps(depends on your provider) which will take you hours or days to download and the high rated games are on 8gb up example FFXIII is on a whoooping 40gb so that would take you atleast weeks to download it, even if your succesfull at downloading these games do you have the storage device to store these kinds of files e.g. internal atleast 80gb/external 200gb and besides be patient cause there are devs that are working on a free downgrade solution for all of us you can follow the thread on the news there are no ETA for that downgrader but it will surely come.

Incorrect.

PayPal can do a direct debit transfer direct to your bank account. You don't need a credit card if you link and confirm your account. However, it can take upto a week to actually authorize the bank account.

yes, by linking you can get incoming funds........but here i need to send money not get it..........

It lets you send money from your bank account too.

I've done it. They issue a direct debit request to the account and then your account releases the money. Just check with your bank first so they don't refuse it.
