Anyone know about the insides of a cell phone

Well I figured Id be cool and add one of the blinky lights on my antena unfortunatly when installing it a peice of metal fell off the back portion of the last board (ohh yeah its a nokia 5180). It is what the original antena touched when it was in. So I sodered it back on with some silver bearing soder, but now I bearly get a conection. I was wondering what I can do to fix it, cause I got the phone yesterday and really dont want to buy another one.

I put the original antena in and now I get better reception the an identical phone that hassnt been messed with. Odd.
