Yeah been pumping iron full on for bout 8 years now, just bulked up by 20 1bs n now its time to get cut again!!!

lol wow gald to see some of you are body builders.. im at 252 lb , 6 foot 3 inchs tall, im measuring a 16.5 bicep flexed. I started working out about 6 weeks ago and love it. I have home wieghts but its not the same like going to the gym. Currently cutting now.. doing a lot of cardio.. mainly treadmill, basketball and swimming.
