is anyone else into working out?
I bought a hyper extension bench about 4 weeks ago and it is looking SWEET, I do 100 "curl-ups" every day on that thing and it is AWESOME. It's basically like doing a major shortcut instead of doing regular sit-ups, basically for every 1 you do it's like doing 3 curl-ups if you do them correctly. So far I have went from the semi-abs I had before to body builder abs. The best part is THERE ARE multiple work outs, I even made one up but it's basically torture and I only do about 30 of those a day.
