Honestly? No. I leave that to the experts like LOD at www.freedomlives.com , but seeing you're over in the Pacific rim, I wouldn't know who to recommed to you.

I'd suggest posting a new thread over in the PS2 Japanese/Asian forum here and see if anyone there has a recommendation for you.
