Any RPG fans out there?

I was thinknig of expanding my rpg collection from zero to something...

I was wondering is there any good RPGs out there you guys could reccomend (apart from the obvious final fantasy series, no Jap cos I cant read it ) .

well for what system? and do you mean ff style rpg's, or ad&d style rpgs? because there's a huge difference and not everyone likes both.

Well pretty much anything , I can look up the reviews and see what the gameplay is like from the titles, I enjoy the FF games, but also like some difference too...

Action RPGs like Baldurs Gate, and Baldurs Gate 2...Champions of Norrath coming out soon if you like those kinds of games.
.Hack...Theres 4 games to the series though which is a rip off if you actually buying the originals.

Arc the Lad...This game seemed forever, but the story was just awesome.
Dark Cloud 2...Heard it was one of the best RPG's for ps2, but I only played like 20 minutes of it..Looked okay.
Haven..seemed okay.

Wild Arms 3

Jak 2, and Rachet And Clank Going Commando...There more of a platform game like Crash Bandicot, but sort of Rpg like.


I played all of those games before, but you must understand i'm not a hardcore RPG fan. I beat 3 out of 4 of the .Hack games, beat FFX and FFX-2, Kingdom Hearts, Arc the Lad....Quit like right at the end of Xenosaga (can't go back for some reason), beat Jak 2...and the rest I heard were awesome, but I didn't play them for very long (I got to many damn games to play anyways).
I could name more, but don't feel like looking through my whole list...

I don't know where you heard dark cloud 2 was one of the best rpg game for ps2 from.
